Buyer and seller protection

Escrow protects both sides: buyers do not pay “into the void,” and sellers do not deliver before funds are secured with DHMAD.
For buyers
Your payment is held until you confirm delivery (or until automatic rules and dispute outcomes apply). If the seller never delivers or the dispute policy supports a refund, funds can be returned instead of released.
For sellers
You can see that the escrow is funded before you hand over accounts, files, or start billable work. After a successful release, the net amount (after platform fee) is available in your wallet for payout, subject to KYC where required.
What escrow does not cover
Escrow does not replace clear deal terms. Illegal goods, off-platform side payments, or misrepresenting the item can void protection. Always keep communication and evidence inside the escrow thread when something goes wrong.
