KYC requirements
Last updated: 2026-07-01
KYC (Know Your Customer) verifies who you are before higher-risk actions — especially withdrawing funds — so DHMAD can fight fraud and meet compliance obligations in Tunisia.
When KYC is required
Buyers can often accept and pay with a verified email and phone only; identity verification is required when risk signals apply (for example large single payments, elevated funded volume, or repeated funded cancellations), or when an administrator requires it. Releasing funds to the seller requires the seller to have completed identity verification. Sellers must complete KYC before delivering an escrow and before withdrawing funds. The product will prompt you when a step is blocked pending KYC. Payouts and adding payout methods always require completed verification.
What to expect
Follow the in-app flow: confirm identity details and complete any requested document or video checks. Reviews can take time; incomplete submissions delay approval. Keep your legal name and contact details accurate.
